Le Mirage is a nice little place, which surprises by friendly athmospere, quality drinks and services, cleanness, quality Foosballs and also by relatively quality DJs. It is not a dance club, I would call it an euro-bar, where locals and foreigners go to have a beer or a puff and not have to bother with stuff, just relax, listenin to music production and look at some really exquisite girls of about 15-25 yo, who for some reason visit the place quite often and in groups.
Who is the place intended for? From the very decent exterior you wouldn’t say how lively the place is. It is a music bar at I. P. Pavlova, just a few steps from Radost FX, so the first idea would be it can be a chillout for dancers going out from the club. It is also a meeting place of various groups, who just want to sit in a club, but not to dance. The music selection varies in electronic music – house, dnb, electro, chillout, dance, hip hop, R&B… depends on your luck if you come on time for your right music.
Music club La Mirage was opened in July 2002. Since that time it went through a few small reconstructions, making it more shiny. The club capacity is about 100 seats. The whole space is optically divided into three parts.
The Blue room with dj’s stage is intended for intensive music listening.
The Red Room is for more intimate sitting with friends and chatting.
There is a well supplied bar, connecting both rooms, offering various alco/non-alcoholic drinks and especially cocktails for nice prices.
DJs start to play after 20:00, and there is never ever an entrance fee.
When the club was designed, the main criteria was the comfort of the customers, and so the central position was chosen, at the join of larger traffic routes. At the evening it is reachable by tramways from all the corners of the city, plus you can use metro C. When you get out at I.P.Pavlova and go up to Namesti Miru, you’ll see the club in the first street to the right, about 50 metres from the station exit. Night trams and buses pass by the whole nigt long.
